About the Role

We are looking for a Community Representative to join our team at Regus. As a Community Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience in our center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and promote our services
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and activities
  • Ensure that all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Basic IT skills and experience with MS Office
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills
