Autobahn Usa is seeking a diligent and organized Customer Support Associate to join our team in San Jose. As a vital member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for resolving issues via phone calls with exceptional communication skills.

This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. You must be proficient in using computers and have excellent English language skills.

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
