In this role, you'll work closely with our team to provide clinical support and expertise related to treatment cases, procedures, and product safety. You'll also be responsible for managing treatment quality monitoring, clinical profiling, and ensuring proficiency in our proprietary software.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and feedback to treatment designers to ensure high-quality results.
- Manage treatment quality monitoring and clinical profiling in assigned teams.
- Ensure yourself and treatment designers are proficient in Align proprietary software.
- Manage clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support customer situations and resolve issues/concerns/complaints.
- Collaborate in clinical training at all levels (agents, clinical colleagues, customers, sales organization, etc.).
- Manage product safety reports by working with regulatory and quality assurance teams.
Requirements:
- Dentistry degree or equivalent experience desired.
- English language skills at B2 level (upper) or above.
- French language skills a plus.
