Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Professional to join our customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and developing solutions for future internal use.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via remote means.
- Collaborate with our 3rd party vendors' technical support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of SAP ServiceCloud tickets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience working in a technical support role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
