This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl as a Technical Operations Specialist for Chargeback Management. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chargeback management process.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving vendor chargeback disputes, improving internal processes, and educating vendors to reduce chargebacks. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mind, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for managing incoming disputes from vendors arising from chargebacks generated from inbound defects. We work closely with our stakeholders and customers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve vendor chargeback disputes
  • Improve internal processes to reduce chargebacks
  • Educate vendors to reduce chargebacks
  • Meet with vendors, stakeholders, and customers via virtual meetings and/or calls
  • Analyze and investigate vendor chargeback disputes
  • Ensure accurate processing and resolution of chargebacks
  • Participate in process improvements to optimize chargeback management

Requirements

  • University bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate customer service, back-office, or contact center environments
  • B2 English proficiency
  • B2 French proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending two days to the office and three days from home
