Incident Response Support Coordinator Role in Costa Rica

Experian is seeking a Client Engagement Support Specialist to join our team in a permanent home-based position in Costa Rica. This role is ideal for individuals who can prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with the Incident Response Team, Client Engagement Managers, and Business Development Executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, enrollment reports, handling billing inquiries, finalizing contracts, and performing other administrative tasks as directed by the management team. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, with a strong commitment to teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. The selected candidate will have opportunities for professional development and will be part of a thriving, inclusive, and diverse team.
This is a salaried position, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
