Crm Business Analytics Program Manager

To drive digital transformation in Sales and Marketing, Intel is seeking a CRM Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead key projects within the Sales Excellence portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of business analysis and project management skills, with a focus on sales processes and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Sales and Marketing groups to align on common business processes, data structures, and operating practices.
- Lead RAD Consultative decision-making across stakeholder groups.
- Work with project teams to successfully implement CRM with the appropriate links to enterprise business processes, data structures, and operating practices.
- Define to-be business processes, incorporating external best practices to drive transformation.
- Drive decision-making to ensure projects stay healthy throughout their life cycles.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide business expertise to the IT delivery team.
- Facilitate discussion and provide leadership to find solutions that optimize outcomes for Intel.
- Develop use cases, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Plan and coordinate projects, including user acceptance testing.
- Plan for realization of benefits through transition change management.
Analytics Speciality:
- Create CRM-based analytics that drive actionable insights for stakeholders across Intel Executive Leadership, Business Unit Leaders, SMG Staff, SMG Leaders, Sales Managers, and individual sellers.
- Create a curated Sales Analytics service for these stakeholders.
- Deliver analytics across Billings, Consumption, and Pipeline datasets.
- Support critical ad-hoc analytics requirements.
- Be the resident expert on key business data sets and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or STEM or related discipline.
- Advanced English.
- 5 years relevant experience in analytics, system design, and implementation, with an emphasis on large-enterprise business process improvement, requirements capture, and quality assurance.
- Preferred Qualification:
- 5 years of experience in Sales processes within a large enterprise, customer relationship management, and business analysis.
