Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars for senior leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation, adhering to company policies and cost considerations.
• Assist with expense report filing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and distribute various reports and documents, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct research and gather data to support senior leadership in decision-making and strategy development.
• Handle special projects and assignments, including data gathering, presentation preparation, and correspondence drafting.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or associate degree in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office 360 and other online collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with HR/People Team processes and terminology is advantageous.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
