Job Description:
We are looking for a Workforce Management Support Specialist to contribute to our great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate updates to our systems
• Collaborate with peers to ensure seamless support
• Utilize IBM tools to optimize system performance

Requirements:
• Advance spoken and written English language skills
• Advanced studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
• Basic Excel knowledge

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support
• Microsoft Office proficiency
