**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area.

**What We're Looking For**

Guest Experience Experts who are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. They should be able to create a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure their uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

**Requirements**

Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
