The Hotel Presidente is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front desk and reservations operations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure prompt response to reservations requests
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
  • Handle guests’ inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations
  • Train and mentor desk staff to uphold hotel standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
  • Familiarity with Opera software and other systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hotel management, reservations, and front desk operations

Requirements
