Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems related to cloud infrastructure and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
