This Cloud Support Engineer position involves owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams. The successful candidate will identify cases requiring escalation and create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group.
Key responsibilities include providing ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring. Additionally, this role will involve resolving complex technical scenarios integrating multiple cloud capabilities and scenarios supporting service availability, quality, outage management, subscription management, correlation of usage and charges, and cost-efficient solution architecture.
Azure Support Engineer should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure services, technologies, offerings, and the Azure billing platform.
