Solving Complex Problems

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization, you will be responsible for solving complex technical problems and providing exceptional customer support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Microsoft and work directly with commercial customers resolving their most technical support issues.
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Report software bugs and customer suggestions to the product group to help improve our tools and processes.
