Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) Organization

The CEnS organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the Microsoft end-to-end customer experience. With over 15,000 employees worldwide, we have a tremendous opportunity to exceed customer expectations and drive greater customer loyalty and trust, leading to greater satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Coaching: Provide technical coaching for Delivery Partner (DP) Engineers and Advocates.
  • Case Management: Own case management duties, including incoming inspection, escalations, tech reviews, triage, wellness, and reduced time to resolution measures.
  • Readiness Content: Provide readiness content, identify needs, and create content, contributing to readiness efforts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Collaboration: Manage collaboration activities, including reactive, proactive, and cross-team collaboration for complex cases, overall process improvement.
  • Supportability: Contribute to Supportability activities, including case analysis, case pattern recognition, deflection initiatives, and other Supportability improvements working with Stakeholders like Supportability Program Managers.
Optional Responsibilities
  • Frontline Operations Metrics Oversight: Provide frontline operations metrics oversight.
  • DP ROB Participation: Participate in DP Review Board (WBR, QBR, MBR).
  • Product Group Triages: Participate in Product Group Triages, coordinated with Engineering and Service Technical Assistants.
  • Escalation Approval: Approve escalations to product group on behalf of DP.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring individual contributors.
  • Linux OSS: Familiarity with one or more shell environments, administering Linux, LAMP stack, and core OS services.
  • Operating System/Virtualization: Familiarity with LDAP, Security, OS Internals concepts, Virtualization concepts, and virtual system administration.
  • Language Qualification: Fluent in English language, reading, writing, and speaking.
