As an AR Collections Operations Assistant at Grupo Preseleccion, you will play a vital role in supporting our AR operations in North America. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing payment differences, performing cash clearings, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also work closely with collectors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth collections processes.
Daily Tasks:
1. Deductions and Credits Notes: Analyze payment differences, cash discount calculations, perform clearings, and send basic emails to customers.
2. Collections: Contact customers, send emails using approved templates, support Payscore basic analysis, PODs revision, support collectors, and provide account statements or invoices.
3. Cash Application: Apply payments, send basic emails.
4. Information Collection: Request and collect information from vendors and internal teams to support collections processes.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with 1-2 years of experience, and basic to intermediate English language proficiency, with 1-2 years of experience.
