**Better starts and ends with the customer**

You’ll be responsible to performs complex settlement operations tasks, ensuring the daily / monthly operational KPIs are met, provides high quality and timely support to complex requests of the agents and business partners, participates in the projects related to settlement operations, identifies, and initiates constant improvements of the settlement operation processes, ensures the controls of the processes comply with the rules and regulations of the company.

We need you to have at least 2-3 years of experience in payment, accounts receivables, accounts payable, settlement operations, finance, banking sectors areas and studies in accounting, administration, business, finance, computer science, communication or similar education Bachelor or Higher Education. You will need to have Microsoft Office, project management, automation tool certification is an advantage.
