We are looking for someone who would be part of the Settlement Operations Team as a Senior Associate, Settlement Operations responsible for assures accurate, valid, and timely settlement, refund, remittance, and billing transactions in Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- The position assures accurate, valid, and timely settlement, refund, remittance and billing transactions for agents, financial institutions, and WU product users.
- Contributes in ensuring outstanding customer service quality levels, maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions, providing research, root cause and recommendations to address gaps in delivering incumbent duties, investigating issues, and providing resolutions.
- The position supports Retail Money Transfers or other products business by delivering daily customer transactions reconciliation, settlement, exceptions, and discrepancies remediation functions in operations area.

**Role Requirements**
- Daily and monthly settlement operations tasks.
- Participation in projects and process Improvements.
- Higher Education Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Administration, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Communications, or similar type of degree.
- Experience: 1-year related experience.
