You will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Book deals on behalf of our customers, ensuring that all provided information is sufficient to process transactions
- Process outgoing transactions using various methods and currencies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and clients to ensure timely processing of requests
- Create and amend beneficiary templates on behalf of our customers

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:

- Bachelor’s degree (or student)
- A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English written and verbal
