We are looking for someone who would be part of VMS & SBA Payments team as Payment Processing Operations responsible for process and validate outbound transactions in Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibility is Online support to agent phone inquiries related to Collections.
- Incident and cases management for Agent escalations.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Escalate issues on time and to the right level of leadership within the organization.
- Ensure all input is correct. Escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High school degree required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, or equivalent.
- Experience within Financial Services industry considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- May require shift work.
