**Role Responsibilities**
- As Associate, Settlement Operations, you will be responsible to execute accurate, valid and timely cash reconciliations, settlement inquiries resolution, support customers in issues fix activities, ensure outstanding customer service quality level, maintain valid supporting documents for all transactions, provide research, root cause and recommendations to address gaps in delivering incumbent duties.
- The position supports Retail Money Transfers or other products business by delivering daily customer transactions reconciliation, settlement, exceptions, and discrepancies remediation functions in operations area.

**Role Requirements**
- Higher Education Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Administration, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Communications, or similar type of degree.
- Experience in accounting, or equivalent experience desired.
- Daily/Monthly Settlement Operations tasks including accounting follow up of open items
- Participation in Process Improvements
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools
- High
- sense of urgency, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills
- Time management
- Settlement knowledge is a plus
