We are looking for someone who would be part of the Settlement Operations Team as a Senior Specialist, Settlement Operations responsible for assures accurate, valid, and timely settlement, refund, remittance and billing transactions in Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- As a Specialist, you will be responsible to a variety of functions in Digital Settlement.
- Your will work on the reconciliation in the settlement sub-ledgers for credit, debit card, wallet and direct deposit/bank funds in.
- You need to ensure accurate and complete processing within Service Level Agreements.
- The Specialist is in charge to perform the investigation, reconciliation and follow up with the stakeholders.
- You will communicate with stakeholders to find, fix and solve queries as well as responsible for escalating issues and follow-up with management as necessary.
- You need to comply with Western Union Internal policies and applicable regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

**Role Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in settlement or accounting operations.
- Solid experience in one or more of the following disciplines: general accounting, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, settlement reconciliation.
- High
- sense of urgency, analytical skills, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proven time management.
- Attention to details.
- Intermediates excel.
- Strong Settlement Knowledge is a plus.
