Consultant Core Voice Support

Resumen:
Responsable de realizar monitoreo sobre los equipos de Core de Circuitos (MSC, MSS, MSC Blade Cluster 2.1, BSP, Media Gateway (GMPv3, GMPv4), HLRs, UDB, HSS, STP. EIR), recibir los reclamos de las áreas internas sobre problemas de completación de llamadas locales, problemas de llamadas internacionales, Siptrunk, problemas de roaming en datos y voz, dar seguimiento a los TKT´s escalado por el NOC y a su vez realizar los cierres de estos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Monitorear la infraestructura de Core de Circuitos y su software asociado.
- Realizar los diferentes procesos preventivos sobre los equipos del Core de Circuitos (Maintenance Routines, System Health Checks, Hardware reviews).
- Monitorear la capacidad y el rendimiento del tráfico para garantizar el funcionamiento continuo e ininterrumpido de los sistemas de Voz.
- Apoyar en auditorías periódicas de las plataformas a su cargo, para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento, y apoyo en ejecutar trabajos preventivos que puedan resultar de estas auditorias.
- Apoyar al área de B2B como un 2° nível de soporte para servicios entregados a nível de telefonía SIP, análoga, servicios especiales de larga distancia y números 800.
- Soporte ante fallas de Roaming para las diferentes áreas de negocio de la compañía, y resolución de problemas de otros Roaming partners que visiten la red de LLA Costa Rica.
- Apoyar la implementación de nuevos productos o servicios dentro del CORE de Circuitos.
- Punto de contacto entre O&M y las áreas internas de la compañía para revisión de solicitudes, y análisis de incidentes internos.
Calificaciones:
**Educación/titulaciones preferentes**:
- Estudiante de ultimo año en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ing. Eléctrica, Ing. Telecomunicaciones, o equivalentes
Conocimientos y experiência específicos:
- Experiência general en el dominio de las telecomunicaciones con conocimiento del servicio Voice / Packet Core.
- Conocimientos básicos a nível IP CCNA.
- Conocimientos básicos de protocolos de señalización y flujos de llamadas en las siguientes tecnologías 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE.
- Experiência en servicios en la nube este será considerado como un plus.
- Ingles intermedio
- Conocimientos básicos de softswitch voip, PBX, SBC y SBG.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar en turnos rotativos y esquemas de disponibilidad 24/7.
