Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?**
La persona encargada de esta posición será responsable de brindar soporte remoto y en sitio a los clientes del parque activo B2B. Trabajará con sistemas de comunicaciones por cable e inalámbricos para servicios de voz, video y datos. Supervisará la instalación, el servicio y el mantenimiento para determinar las necesidades técnicas del negocio para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes y de la compañía que incluye los segmentos grandes empresas, gobierno y Pymes.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Brindarás soporte técnico proactivo y reactivo de los servicios activos del parque de empresas y negocios.
- Te encargarás del nível 2 en la matriz de escalamiento del NOC empresarial (GICS)
- Solucionarás las averías escaladas por el GICS de forma remota o en sitio.
- Coordinarás las actividades de revisión y reparación de las ultimas millas con los proveedores correspondientes (Fibra Óptica o Microonda).
- Realizarás tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Participarás en turnos rotativos para la atención de averías en horas no laborales.
- Apoyarás a los ingenieros de provisión en los procesos de instalación, ampliaciones, migraciones, mantenimientos, pruebas con clientes, etc.
- Coordinarás actividades de revisión y captura de trazas con las áreas involucradas en los servicios afectados durante una avería.
- Te encargarás de la configuración e instalación de los diferentes equipos CPE en casa de cliente.
- Ejecutarás el protocolo de pruebas y aceptación de los servicios entregados al cliente.
- Documentarás, diagramarás y entregaras los cambios realizados en las soluciones del parque activo de E&N.
- Planificarás y ejecutarás las tareas de mejora de la red en las áreas de acceso y Core.
- Adicionalmente realizarás cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.
Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**
**Educación/titulaciones preferentes**:
- Ingeniero o estudiante avanzado del área de Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Sistemas o afín.
**Conocimientos y experiência específicos**:
- Certificación igual o similar al CCNA o CCNP, o demostrar conocimiento a nível de las certificaciones indicadas.
- Ingles Intermedio Técnico.
- Microsoft Office básico.
- Licencia B1.
- Disponibilidad de horarios.
- Experiência en el manejo de sistemas de monitoreo y equipos de medición.
- Experiência en servicio a clientes B2B.
