In this role you'll be required to review and analyse real-time transactions for potential violations; ensuring all transactions processed by Convera are compliant to external and internal regulations and policies. Your duties will also include:

- Utilise a wide variety of research tools, manuals, bulletins, and guidelines for transaction and entity reviews
- Deliver high quality, productivity, efficiency, attendance results that meet the identified targets
- Participate in the department’s educational program through bulletins, training sessions, and sanctions or regulatory updates.
- Ensure that Sanction, Interdictions and PEP cases are correctly referred and appropriately escalated
- Adherence to the established guidelines and procedures

**You'll ideally have and be able to commit to**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Multitasking skills
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

**You must be able to commit to one of the below shift patterns**:
**1. Sunday to Thursday - 3pm to 10pm**

**2. Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm.**

**Salary**: ₡7,000,000.00 - ₡12,000,000.00 per year
