**Better requires process, discipline, and simplification**

We’ll be looking to you to manage a team supporting Western Union’s Consumer Protection program, which is responsible for Authorized Delegate, service provider and vendor oversight, due diligence, and complaint analysis. Your responsibility will be to oversee the team, the daily operations to get them motivated and meeting objectives. You will analyze trends to identify consumer related trends and issues, recommend corrective actions, and provide reporting to leadership.

For this role, we require you to have a University degree or equivalent and experience in Compliance from either financial service or payments background. You will need to have led or supervised a team previously and can mentor, develop and motivate them. You should demonstrate strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mentality. You will be skilled in analyzing data and providing in-depth reports. Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint). Fluency in English - both verbal and writing.
