About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Collections Coordinator AR NA to join our team at Grupo Preseleccion. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our North American operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and driving collections activities forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in customer payments.
  • Communicate with customers via email, utilizing approved templates to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Collaborate with collectors to prioritize collections efforts, providing essential support to drive results.
  • Review and update account statements, invoices, and other documents as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate the collections process.


Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Basic to Intermediate)
