About the Role
The Front Desk Operations Manager will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payment information, assigning rooms, and activating/issuing room keys. You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest, entering Marriott Rewards information, and ensuring rates match market codes.
