About the Role
The Payroll Administrator will work as part of a team responsible for the timely and accurate accumulation of payroll data. This role involves completing various tasks related to end-to-end processing of payrolls for different countries within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry and review of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll time data as required;
- Employee maintenance, tax information, direct deposit, new hire, terminated, and other current employee processing;
- Coordination with the Human Resource Department to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee masterfile changes in Workday;
- Audit payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CURRENTLY STUDYING Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- 1 year of experience in payroll processes (Desirable);
- Experience in payroll processes or data analysis (For example Data Entry);
- BASIC INTERMEDIATE in English and Portuguese is a plus.
