To succeed in this role, you will develop strong relationships with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, finance, and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate trial runs, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with technical and business personnel by maintaining attention to detail and fostering effective communication.
  • Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reconcile, balance, and transmit vendor and bank interfaces/reports to guarantee accurate financial data and timely payments.
  • Evaluate accuracy and timeliness of payments made to Primos and third parties, responding promptly to any inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Lead process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs, documenting processes to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements:

  • Experience in shared services centers with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years), showcasing your ability to navigate complex payroll environments.
  • Possess a university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for making informed decisions and resolving intricate issues.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English and intermediate MS Office skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within a global context.
  • Display an intermediate level of knowledge in accounting and finance, enabling you to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
