Global Benefits Operations at Zscaler
The Benefits Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional employee experience through the development and implementation of a comprehensive benefits program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Track and maintain key metrics and dashboards related to benefit program utilization
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely roll-out of annual benefits enrollment
- Ensure SLA adherence for processing and checking vendor invoices
- Administer onboarding of new employees and throughout the employee lifecycle regarding benefit enrollment
- Respond to and resolve employee requests/questions
- Provide payroll with relevant reports each month
- Administer updates to benefits after salary changes
- Raise insurance claims for short and long-term sick leave
- Assist with administration of non-insured benefits programs
- Drive quarterly headcount audits with benefit providers
- Assist in driving process improvement projects to enhance employee experience
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of HR benefits program operations experience
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office
