About This Role

The TCSC Technical Helpdesk Representative will be responsible for resolving problems with IT systems that support vehicle programming. They will work on recognizing, researching, isolating, resolving, and developing follow-up steps for issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • The representative will be able to resolve less complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are escalated for resolution.
  • They will work first and second shift as well as occasional Saturday hours.

Requirements

  • Professional work history or training with a focus on IT or automotive systems.
  • Customer contact experience.
  • Technical Support experience.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Computer hardware and software experience.
  • Substantial problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Exceptional communications and organizational skills.
  • Dedication to excellent attendance.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
