Cash Application Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Application Team Lead to join our team at Grupo Preseleccion. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of cash application specialists and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of cash receipts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cash application specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of cash application processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in cash application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cash application processes, with a proven track record of success in leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (C1+).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels.
- Good knowledge and experience in SAP Professional Cash Applications, with a qualification desirable.
- Experience leading an AR process stream within an SSC environment.
- Experience coordinating interdependent teams within Finance and service providers toward timely and quality deliverables.
- Team-oriented, with a proven ability to work in a team environment, possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture cross-functional teams and relationships both within, and outside of the centered function.
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors to develop appropriate solutions in a proactive, timely, and cost-effective manner.
