About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your sales team to elevate performance and productivity through effective coaching and motivation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies accordingly.
