We're looking for a seasoned Operational Excellence Manager for Customer Service to join our Experian Consumer Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiency, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational excellence strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality customer experiences
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational gaps and areas for improvement
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform operational decisions and drive business outcomes
