">The Role
">This is a gateway into IT for those without technical experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face and voice of our company, helping customers solve their problems every day. You'll combine tech support knowledge with problem-solving and customer service skills, bringing your people skills and letting us teach you the rest.
">About the Position
">You'll start by learning the ropes and getting set up with one client on production. Soon, you'll be multi-tasking and providing interactive solutions while treating customers to concierge-level care. You'll work with back-office teams to handle escalations and grow your experience, skill and grasp of what other job roles do.

">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 6 months of experience, knowledge of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems, support help desk knowledge, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, customer support knowledge and an active listening ability with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs.
">Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
