Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Support Operations Manager to join our team at ServiceNow. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the success of our customer support operations.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our technical support team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will lead efforts to hire, develop, and build a high-performing technical team, with a focus on exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, Time to Resolution (TTR), and Backlogs.

You will also be responsible for managing major operations outages and communications to customers, participating in weekend and holiday on-call rotations as required, and evaluating current processes, technology, and organizational skills to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of technical support and service management experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing Enterprise support in a large and complex environment, preferably in a web-based service and technology.
  • Proven capability of having successfully delivered on support metrics and managed support teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer care.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

What We Offer

As a Lead Technical Support Operations Manager at ServiceNow, you can expect a competitive salary of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
