Overview

Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is a leading provider of customer service solutions, seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented Investigation Resolution Specialists to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in resolving vendor chargeback disputes efficiently and effectively, ensuring balanced resolutions between Amazon's policies and the vendor's benefits.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position is based in Costa Rica and requires the selected candidate to work from our SJO19 building in the America Free Zone (AFZ), Cariari, Heredia, in a hybrid-model, attending two days to the office and rest of the days from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating vendor chargeback disputes, analyzing data, and executing end-to-end processes and tools related to daily investigation tasks.
