About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dedicated Diabetes Care Support Specialist - Operations. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including inbound calls, chatbots, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality responses to customers based on established procedures and technical manuals related to our Diabetes Care products.
  • To identify potential clients and provide them with relevant information about our Diabetes Care products.
  • To collaborate with internal teams, including sales force, marketing, and general services.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills. Your expertise in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, will be valuable in this role.

You should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the contact center industry and at least 1 year of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Your ability to handle phone calls empathetically, work effectively in a team, and provide outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to communicate fluently in English (Upper Intermediate level).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to navigate them efficiently.
