Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive customer support and consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage shipments, including qualification and entry of customer orders into operational systems.
  • Handle complaints and quotations, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Onboard new customers, incorporating their requirements into KN systems.
  • Maintain and integrate customer data within KN systems.
  • Cultivate customer relationships through knowledge exchange with sales teams and establishment of operative partnerships.
  • Analyze and prepare reports to optimize customer care and satisfaction.

Your Background:

  • Degree in relevant field such as ADM, COMEX, IR, or similar.
  • Experience in sea logistics and customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in intermediate-level English skills.
