About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative - Air Logistics, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our pharmaceutical and healthcare customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new customers, ensuring all necessary documents and system requirements are properly created and in place.
  • Partner with logistics teams to match customer needs with KN product offerings.
  • Understand client supply chains and work collaboratively to create solutions.
  • Escalate complaints and conduct root cause analysis using KN systems.
  • Communicate with customers and transmit information to other involved teams.
  • Manage financial-related communication with customers, including payment instructions and disputes.
  • Proactively follow up on shipments and anticipate potential problems.
  • Analyze performance data and plan action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as liaison between internal departments.
