About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to manage our team of customer support professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Monitor overall team performance, including achieving target transactional volume and quality measures
- Work with the Customer Service Supervisor to establish and monitor workflow efficiencies, daily work volumes and work schedules
Requirements:
- Proven ability to effectively lead through change
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to link specific activities to desired results
