Customer Service Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced customer service leader to join our Experian team as a Technical Support Team Lead.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service desk, ensuring that customer service levels are consistently met or exceeded.
You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the service desk team to ensure high-quality customer service levels
- Monitoring phone queues and balancing skill sets to optimize performance
- Providing training and coaching to new employees
- Maintaining and updating the departmental knowledge base
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in customer service and technical support, with experience in a call center environment.
