At Pacific Barcode Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, including order entry, order management, and logistics management.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize and distribute departmental workload. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 5 to 10 Customer Service Representatives
  • Regularly communicating with reps, contractors, end users, manufacturing plant, and internal departments to execute shipping and logistics for orders
  • Providing invoices, bills of lading, proof of delivery, and tracking information upon customers' request for all Pacific Barcode orders
  • Contacting third-party logistics vendors to arrange pickup and prepare shipping documents and export documents when applicable
  • Requesting purchase orders and reviewing for accuracy
  • Submitting orders from Sales; entering parts orders and order acknowledgments in MRP System
  • Verifying order addresses, discounts, and freight subsidy dollars
  • Performing various customer service-related tasks and administrative duties related to orders

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in customer service and/or accounting. Managerial experience is preferred.
