**Job Description:**

As a Level 2 Technical Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by resolving their technical queries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using industry-leading tools and expertise.
- Offer solutions and workarounds for complex problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate critical issues when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in technical support roles (1-2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 level).
- Familiarity with color management principles is an asset.
