**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teleperformance Bilingual Support Representative to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Bilingual Support Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and classifying sensitive content uploaded by users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and classify sensitive content according to client-defined parameters.
- Make timely escalations that require special attention from line managers.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English (B2 or above).
- Intermediate level in German.
- High school diploma +.
- 6 months of experience volunteering with vulnerable environments.
