**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our live broadcast monitoring team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of live events and syndicated programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate and resolve issues related to live broadcasts, including audio and video problems, in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to address network and system issues.
  • Maintain awareness of multiple video feeds and escalate critical issues to relevant teams.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type at a high rate of accuracy (25+ WPM).

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is between $500,000 and $600,000 per month.
