The Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the Microsoft end-to-end customer experience. As a leader in this space, we strive to consistently exceed customer expectations through a connected customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Monitor and evaluate performance to optimize readiness and support quality.">
  • Develop and enhance technical training content to drive driver improvement.">
  • Perform technical mentoring to share expertise and contribute to team success.">
  • Collaborate on cross-team issues to resolve customer concerns and improve delivery excellence.">
  • Drive top priorities by working with stakeholders to implement improvements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • Thorough knowledge of Cosmos DB technology and NoSQL database technologies.">
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.">
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies like Azure and AWS.">
  • Database administrator and network management experience is a plus.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • 4+ years of experience in system development, product development, or IT consulting.">
