IT Service Desk Analyst

This is a technical support position that involves providing assistance to 3M employees, contractors, and vendors through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Answer incoming calls, chats, and web tickets to provide technical support.
- Route Advanced Problems: Route more complex issues outside established guidelines or scope to the appropriate support group.
- Maintain Knowledge Base: Utilize the Knowledge base to ensure all documented solutions are applied.
Requirements
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Information Systems or other related field.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, One Note, and Visio.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Experience working with Avaya Call Center Solution.
- Technical and/or functional knowledge of Lotus Notes.
- Advanced technical knowledge in Office 365, One Drive, Active Directory.
