We're seeking an experienced IT Service Specialist to join our Sales Support & Customer Care team. As an IT Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers, gathering information needed to resolve cases and delivering guidance on resolutions.
- Manage the end-to-end customer case lifecycle, ensuring incidents are resolved accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases, including Support Renewals, Marketing, Support Delivery, and Product Management.
What You'll Need:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or related technical support role.
- Basic understanding of technology-based and customer support.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English required.
